been a really happy weekend..

friday
afternoon

went to funan to look at all-in-ones
with dad.

also saw cy working so went to see the
dell 1520 laptop..

pretty sure i'll be getting that.

evening

went to amk..
met nick, cx, jh, ly + two friends frm china

went to night safari! haha.

its quite expensive lor. $32...
anw its not bad. positive experience..

the unearthly hours

left night safari arnd midnight..
cabbed.. drop ly off and went siglap.

the cab ride also costed $32. ^$^

mum + dad already at georges..
so had a drink with them..

den ps, kehao + alvin came to join us.
but in the end.. still nvr finish the chivas.

morning

went to sao mu today since its qing ming..
no traffic jam this year. =)

long time never see my cousins too.

after the sao mu we went to
fortunate restaurant at toa payoh..

yum cha. lol.

i love dim sum!

afternoon

went back to funan to buy the all-in-one..
decided to get the canon mx318.

okay another canon device. =x
and also got myself a multi plug.

back home den to gmas for dinner.

night

met aa for coffee!
wahhh its been so long since we met!!

went to tm for cafe cartel..
had the fish&prawn combo thingy.

prawns not really good tho.

but catching up has been fab!

sunday

went to church for service..
den stayed for the survivor video..

after dat we slack around..

den off we went to airport..
badminton game!

the taxi incident was really amusing.
amazing prediction. lol!

we had dinner at the club..
surprisingly affordable and good.

after that went to meet yq..
went to bugis for supper den to fusion2.

they were showing the damn old show..
tales of wesley.. on tv.

yet we were so glued to the show..
not sure we watching or shooting pool.. =x

anw its been a great weekend!

booked in..

i passed my cat c2 assessment..
its just an inane paperwork thing.

'efficiency' in the army.
yet so many asinine procedures.

positive thing:
i booked out again in the afternoon.

wednesday

booked in. again.
packed the stuff for my taiwan trip.

and i went to see the devilish dentist.
again..

and this time it hurt like hell.
still on painkillers.

ugh.

saturday

survivor agape held today!

went to east coast in the morning.
thank GOD for the fine weather!

anw we all set up the stations..
all the stuff to prepare.

den the leaders + participants came.

and it was game on!
hope they enjoyed it like we did.

in a nutshell.. they had to

* eat really disgusting food
* hold real crawling worms
* get dunked wet in the sea
* crawl through mud + grass
* drink coke really quickly
* play the egg-moving game
* solve wacky puzzles

okay we're sadists. =x

we made sandwiches for lunch!
(thank GOD nobody got poisoned! =x)

den it was tribal council and sayonara!

after everything some of us stayed back
for a cool game of ultimate frisbee!

wahaha. super long never play!

aft that we went to subway for makan.
thats when it started to rain!

well we only prayed for no rain during games.
oops. =x

so being typically us..
we walked to the bus stop in the rain..
and played with water puddles all the way. =p

the most memorable stuff

- the eeky food courtesy of jh + serene. gross.
- the tray of worms and the freaked out sihan.
- sandwiches with tuna taste but no tuna. =x
- finding an ant-free tree with alvin
- spaghetti mixed with various saliva samples.
- chinheng surprise at subway

went to church late. again. =(

after service had the survivor aftermath.
i need to get my hands on some pics. =p

den went to highpoint to play captains ball.
in jeans and polo.. uh. =x

went to gmas after that..
she made popiah.
excellent treat before i lose my teeth tmr.

hai. tmr going for the dental surgery le.
fearful.. apprehensive and worried.

i've been a naughty boy.

kat picked us up from camp ytd.
so we went to clementi eat
zi bao ji (paper chicken).

den at night go grandlink play lan.
until super super late.

thus.. this morning...

i couldn't get up in time for service.

but i made it for the 1pm josie chu one.
i love the 琴與爐 worship.

had cell den went suntec carls jr dinner.
aft dat go bread of life with parents.

cos i felt the 琴與爐 worship was fab.
den kept thinking thinking.

after a while a voice said..
leave it to the LORD. why do u worry?

so i thot ok. i made a short prayer..
den i just focus back on the worship.

at the end of the worship.
pastor say josie chu will be back on sunday.

i was like super happy.
den i plan to drag my parents to agape.
tho its not the 琴與爐 service but still ok.

at least got a short worship with pastor chu.

but guess wad?

the LORD was even super much faster.

at night i went with my parents..
to bread of life church for prayer meeting.

and was telling them about the worship.
bla bla bla.

den.. pastor chu and her team walked in.

shes doing 琴與爐 worship at bread of life.
i was so stunned.. and grateful.

so sometimes...

we must understand HIS plan.
and dun go and worry unnecessarily..

the dentist

public enemy number one:
the dentist.

went for the follow up today.

i felt so abused and tormented.

the way they stuff those. eew..
funny tasting metal things into ur mouth.

okay so it was just a filling.

but thats not all!

that bitch is sending me to alexandra hospital
for dental surgery on monday.

they going to make me sleep.
so they can violate and rape my mouth.

and make me even more toothless.

came back and met dad for dinner.

i was hungry so we went to manhattan..

had fish&chips. again.

wanted to go gelare but it was closed le..

so we went to ben&jerrys at cathay.

anw. we had our eyes ice cream..
the banana fudge sundae was pretty good.

of course the prices are really steep.
$9.90 for a scoop + banana slices + fudge..

but u factor in the girls.. the live band.
its a steal. esp the girls. =x

the bad thing about sony t200..
is that it has too few settings..
and apparently not really top quality pics.

the only bad thing heard about ixus
is that when u use flash it screws up bad.
got some white dots appear when got flash.

okay but i love. i repeat.. i love..
the cross filter function in the t200.

last sunday...

morning went church..

received super bad news.
my weekend originally till tuesday..

has been cut short to tonight.

i went to gmas. chop chop. ate some pulot hitam.
den ran home and tried to pack.

some clothes just won't dry dammit.

took a train to changi airport.
played badminton with the usual folks till 730.

thanks weien + huiping for sending me to city.

met hm at cityhall..
had dinner at msquare cafe cartel..

sent her back and took cab to camp.
reached 12:10am.

nearly got screwed.

and so this is the story..
